Filtration solutions provider Vokes Air and Filtac A/S have agreed to merge their Danish businesses in order to combine forces in the local market. The combined organisation will create one of the largest players in the Danish market.

Johnny Hauballe, Managing Director of Filtac A/S - who will head-up the new Danish organization - added: 'The cultures and business models of both companies are very complimentary so we are all excited about the synergies afforded by the merger and the opportunities that they will bring.'

The combined company will operate under the Vokes Air A/S name and be based at the Danish headquarters in Hvidovre.
