VKR Holdings buys Exhausto

VKR Holding has acquired 70% of the shares in the Exhausto Group. The acquisition includes Novema Aggregater, which became part of the group in January 2010, whereas the affiliated company Exhausto CDT is not covered by the transaction.
'Exhausto is a natural and significant extension of our ventilation and indoor climate business', says Leif Jensen, CEO of VKR Holding.

'Exhausto matches and supplements the existing competences of our companies.'

It is Scandinavia's largest family-owned ventilation company. It has extensive product development and a green profile.

VKR Holdings also own Monodraught and Velux Windows.
