Viessmann takes 51% stake in MSR-Solutions

Viessmann Group, has acquired a 51% stake in MSR-Solutions, a hardware and software solutions provider for the automation of buildings.
Based in Allgäu in southern Germany, MSR-Solutions has a turnover of €4 million, 50 staff and is involved in the development and marketing of electronic products used for measurement, control and regulation.

Viessmann says that it recognises the importance of building automation for detached and semi-detached family homes, large residential and commercial properties where individual room control, comfort and security are being increasingly demanded by customers of its heating products. The acquisition enables it to gain additional competence in automation systems for existing buildings and new construction.
