Viessmann Group acquires PSV

The Viessmann Group has acquired electronic control specialist PSV (Project Service and Value) srl.

PSV develops electronic controls for the heating and ventilation market and was previously a part of Italian electronic engineering group, Gruppo Giordano.

The move by Viessmann follows high profile acquisitions of Schüco Photovoltaics and refrigeration company Norpe. PSV has nine staff at its headquarters in Padua. It has worked with Viessmann for a number of years and has recently been almost exclusively supplying it with control units.

Through the acquisition Viessmann gains an in-house provider of electronic equipment for its complete range of Vitodens wall-mounted gas boilers.
