Vaillant and Freedom Heat Pumps agree distribution partnership

Vaillant has announced a new distribution partnership with Freedom Heat Pumps to encourage growth in the heat pump market and expand its installer base and relationships.

Based in Southampton, Freedom Heat Pumps specialises in providing a professional advice and installation service to end users, installers and consultants. Offering pre- and after-sales support for end users, training and expert information, such as sizing and specification for installers and practical advice for consultants, the Freedom Heat Pumps team has extensive knowledge and understanding, making it an ideal partner for distributing Vaillant’s aroTHERM air-to-water heat pump range.

Freedom Heat Pumps will carry stock of the range of aroTHERM air-to-water heat pumps ready for immediate delivery.

Managing director of Freedom Heat Pumps, Graham Hendra, said: “Freedom Heat Pumps has been distributing air source heat pumps across the UK for six years now. We have been looking to expand our range for some time and it is important to us that we always offer the best quality products.”

He continued: “We are looking forward to expanding our customer base with our improved range of air-to-water heat pumps and to working with Vaillant to build on our success in this market.”

John Bailey, sales director – commercial and renewable systems, at Vaillant added: “Partnering with Freedom enables Vaillant to widen our distribution network and find new installers who do not use the usual plumbing and heating merchant channels.  The Freedom team has valuable expertise in the heat pump market, offering great sales support and training.”
