URS Corporation (URS), the global engineering, construction and technical services company, has appointed Tom Bishop as executive chairman of its international operations, based in London.
In addition, John Horgan, a member of URS' international operations board, has been promoted to managing director of the international business.
Jerome Munro-Lafon, managing director of the company's UK and Ireland operations, will continue in his executive role, working closely with Tom and John to drive international growth in key markets. The appointments take effect immediately.
