Alistair Nejad has been appointed national accounts manager for boiler and water heating manufacturer Lochinvar. He is also joined by Steve McDonald as area sales manager for South West England.
Mr Nejad joins from Sauter Automation where he was in charge of key national accounts and increased technical sales by 26 per cent in his first year. He was also previously national sales manager at Gledhill and worked for the national builders merchant Travis Perkins.

Mr McDonald joins from Hamworthy Heating where he was also area sales manager having previously held senior sales positions with two other water heater companies.

'These are key appointments for us at an important time,' said Lochinvar UK sales manager Phil Meir. 'Despite the general doom and gloom, we are seeing growing interest in our high efficiency and renewable packages - so we are delighted to secure the services of Alistair and Steve, whose expertise will be invaluable in supporting and developing our customer base.
