Overseen on the night by endurance sports car driver, Allan McNish, Team Leeds and Team Pontefract, the winning side from 2010, were then taken on a luxury weekend break to watch the famous Le Mans 24-hour race and see Allan in action.

The endurance challenge involved more than 450 customers, staff from Graham branches and key suppliers and gave everyone the opportunity to socialise outside of normal business hours. The inspiration for the event is Allan McNish himself, whom Graham sponsor, and he was on hand at the London final to give advice to the drivers.

Ian Kenny, marketing director at Graham attended the final and commented: 'It was a nail biting final with the lads from Leeds and Sutton neck and neck right until the end. It's been a great way of strengthening our relationships with key contacts and congratulations to Team Leeds on a well deserved win.'

The winning teams from the Graham Go Karting Challenge 2010 and 2011 were then whisked away for a luxury break in France to see the famous Le Mans 24-hour race and enjoy the hospitality provided by Graham. Graham Lawton, managing director, from Solid Eight Limited was a member of 2011 winners Team Leeds - Contract Branch and said: 'Taking part in the Graham Go-Karting challenge was really good fun. You learn a lot about one another when you're all working together in a competition like this and we really got to know the guys from our local Graham branch a lot better. Without a doubt, it's definitely brought our businesses closer together.'
