Systemair acquires Energoplus

Ventilation firm Systemair has agreed to buy Energoplus, effective from May 1.
Energoplus is a market leader in Slovenia in air conditioning and ventilation products.

Founded in 1990, Energoplus has an annual turnover of just under £8 million. Energoplus will change its name to Systemair Energoplus.

'Energoplus has a strong position in Slovenia and through this acquisition we will have good opportunities to increase the sale of Systemair's products', said Gerald Engström, CEO for Systemair.
