Thursday 7 will celebrate ‘Effective Strategy and Focused Leadership’ whilst Friday 8 will see the week wind up with ‘Celebrate your customer service heroes on Recognition Day’.
Stelrad recognised the importance of improved customer service as a key target for its business and one that could see added value to its relationships with its customer base up and down the country.
Stelrad’s head of marketing Chris Harvey was understandably delighted with the gaining of the Servicemark Accreditation so quickly back in 2019 and the subsequent improvements the company has made in the past couple of years: “This was a real eye-opening achievement and says a lot about Stelrad as a business. We have always taken customer service seriously, but we decided to elevate that still further by joining the Institute of Customer Service and investing in our Customer Service team so that we could make improvements across the board and build our reputation still further amongst our loyal customer base.
“We knew from hearsay evidence talking to customers that we were making huge strides, but gaining this Accreditation was the icing on the cake. However, we’re not complacent and having gained this recognition we will be striving to improve still further on these excellent results, year on year.
“We’re delighted to be celebrating National Customer Service Week in October and will be using this week to refocus our efforts on further improvement in our customer service record, helping to build the reputation of our business still further. It’s a key element in our ongoing business improvement strategy. We’re also delighted that we now have a Trustpilot score of 4.4 as well, which highlights the improvement in our performance in recent months.”
