Spirotech named as Great Place To Work

Water treatment specialist Spirotech is once again celebrating after being named a ‘Great Place To Work’ for a second consecutive year.

Two years ago, Spirotech started working with Great Place To Work to gain insight into employee perception, cooperation and leadership in the organisation. To do so, employees were surveyed on five core values; credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie and it is with this feedback that Spirotech has once again been awarded the title 'Great Place To Work Certified'.

Great Place To work is a global organisation that recognises exceptional work environments. The organisation applies data and insights from approximately 10,000 businesses across the world to benchmark individual performance and advise employers on how to continuously improve employee engagement.

Founded over 50 years ago in the Netherlands, Spirotech fosters a family-style environment across all of its global subsidiaries, where people work with and for each other, look out for each other, and celebrate successes together.

Rob Jacques, UK business director at Spirotech, commented: “We’re absolutely thrilled that once again Spirotech has been awarded the prestigious title of ‘Great Place To Work Certified’, which shows that as an employer, we are doing the right things.”

Hans Jacobs and Paul de Bruin from Spirotech’s executive board added: “At Spirotech, we have huge international ambitions, and it’s great to see that the core values of trust, pride and enjoyment that the Brabant family first instilled in the business when it was founded still exist today.”
