Ruskin Air Management has gained BSRIA certification of three of its NACO brand weather louvres.
The certified status tells customers that the products are manufactured consistently to a design which has been independently performance tested.
The scheme is part of BSRIA Cert's certification programme which aims to add transparency to product selection and make it easier to specify products which are 'fit for purpose'.
To qualify for the scheme, louvre samples must be independently type tested to EN 13030 and production monitored through regular factory inspection. Members of the scheme can use the BSRIA Cert mark to highlight their products' certified status to their customers.
Ruskin sales director, David Fitzpatrick said: 'Ruskin always seeks to adopt best practice and this extends to providing customers with the highest level of product assurance. The BSRIA Cert mark demonstrates this commitment to quality and Ruskin is proud to be among the first manufacturers to offer this in the marketplace.'
