Ruskin appoints two office managers

Ginny Williamson is now providing sales support from the group’s Bridgnorth headquarters – home to the Air Diffusion and Naco brands. She has 16 years of sales experience, including project management, technical, key account, sales management and franchise development.

Ruskin Air Management has appointed two office managers.

Ginny Williamson is now providing sales support from the group’s Bridgnorth headquarters – home to the Air Diffusion and Naco brands. She has 16 years of sales experience, including project management, technical, key account, sales management and franchise development.

She previously worked in the lighting, point of sale manufacturing and automotive industries.

Meanwhile, Sam Ithell has taken up a similar role as office manager for Ruskin’s Whitstable factory, where Actionair fire and smoke dampers are manufactured. He previously worked in customer services roles in the print and packaging industry and in production management before moving into customer services over 10 years ago.

Sam also has considerable experience of strengthening processes and procedures; developing metrics and KPI’s to improve performance; as well as benchmarking and continuous improvement.
