Ruskin continues to expand with double acquisition

The Ruskin Air Management group of companies has acquired indoor air quality specialist Trion and the clean air system manufacturer Envirco, as it continues to expand.

The two well established brands join Actionair, Air Diffusion, Naco and Airolution under the Ruskin umbrella.

Ruskin sales and marketing director David Fitzpatrick (pictured) said: “We are delighted to welcome these two excellent businesses into the Ruskin fold. They very much fit with the company’s philosophy of growing our expertise in the ventilation and indoor air quality markets. Both new additions also share our values of manufacturing excellent, specialist products supported by wider expertise in design and system application, which we make available to the industry at large.”

He continued: “There are huge opportunities in the clean air and IAQ markets and we look forward to working with the existing staff at Trion and Envirco to extend their reach and give them access to the increased financial and logistical support of the Ruskin family of companies.”
