The Ruskin Air Management group of companies has acquired indoor air quality specialist Trion and the clean air system manufacturer Envirco, as it continues to expand.

The two well established brands join Actionair, Air Diffusion, Naco and Airolution under the Ruskin umbrella.

Trion has been manufacturing indoor air quality (IAQ) products for the commercial, industrial, and residential markets since 1947. Envirco manufactures a comprehensive range of clean air systems for critical technology processes requiring ultra-clean environments including the pharmaceutical and medical instrument sectors. Both companies will now be managed from Ruskin’s factory and offices in Whitstable, Kent.

Ruskin sales and marketing director David Fitzpatrick (pictured) said: “We are delighted to welcome these two excellent businesses into the Ruskin fold. They very much fit with the company’s philosophy of growing our expertise in the ventilation and indoor air quality markets. Both new additions also share our values of manufacturing excellent, specialist products supported by wider expertise in design and system application, which we make available to the industry at large.”
