Michael Earl has joined the mechanical engineering team and Andrew Freeman is working in the electrical/electronic design team. Both apprentices will combine workplace experience and college-based education, working towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering with pathways that are technically specific to their individual job roles.

Technical Director at Redring Xpelair Group, Noel Murray, said: 'Participating in the apprenticeship scheme highlights Redring Xpelair Group's commitment to not only invest in the local community around our manufacturing facilities in Peterborough, but also to develop the skills needed to help our business grow today and in the future.'
