RDM restructures and makes key appointments
Following the acquisition of Taiwan manufacturer FYC in 2008 and Indian software company Resorsys (now renamed RDM India) in 2009, and the successful opening of RDM's US office in 2012, the next major step was to form a new group structure.

The creation of RDM Group sees the appointment of Enrico Mirandola, formerly managing director at Carel UK, to the position of group sales director.

Mr Mirandola joins as a main board director with responsibility for growing and managing RDM's sales and marketing teams, covering Europe, the Far and Middle East, Africa and the US. He joins the group board made up of managing director, Andrew Chandler, operations director, Gordon McBride R&D director, Alan McBride.

Another major industry figure, Bob Arthur, an independent consultant with Bowlin, has been appointed to manage and expand RDM's distribution network in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He will source new business and identify new RDM distributors.

Mick Padgett, formerly national accounts manager at WR Refrigeration, has been appointed as a senior account manager with responsibility for major UK clients.
