RDM expands senior sales team

HVACR controls firm Resource Data Management (RDM) is expanding and restructuring its senior sales management team to support its strategic growth plans.
Steven Nichole has joined the company as business development manager and will expand RDM's presence in new sectors. Meanwhile, Richard Raper has been appointed to the new role of USA operations director and will look after the company's recently established North American business. Finally, Steve Nicoll has taken on the new role of UK retail operations director and will be responsible for developing sales to the food retail industry.

All three will report to RDM's managing director, Andrew Chandler.
