Ravenheat welcomes new recruit

Ravenheat has announced the appointment of Michael Hills as its new area sales manager for the south of the UK.

Michael Hills, area sales manager at Ravenheat.

With over three decades of experience in the domestic gas industry, Mr Hills will work with merchants and installers across the south to share advice and information about Ravenheat’s range of boilers, as well as organising and hosting training days for local heating engineers.

Mr Hill’s career has seen him working with some of the biggest boiler brands in the UK and North America, so he not only knows how they work, but also what customers and installer want from them.

He started his career as an apprentice gas service engineer with British Gas, and worked his way up the ladder to be a territory sales manager with Marathon International in North America. Mr Hill has also worked for Baxi, Potterton, Main New World and Myson.

He said: “I’m proud to be part of the Ravenheat team. They offer a great product at a great price, which puts them in a unique position in the industry. I’m looking forward to hitting the road to talk about Ravenheat with merchants and installers.”

Louis Pickersgill, founder and managing director of Ravenheat, added: “We pride ourselves on our knowledge at Ravenheat. Thanks to his years of experience at the heart of our industry, Michael will be a great addition to the team.”

Mr Hill is Ravenheat's second new addition, following the appointment of Adam Parkin as an engineer for the London area in November.
