Powerminster expands northern team

Powerminster Gleeson Services has hired Nik Ashworth as its senior business development manager for the north.

Ashworth will have responsibility for developing new business opportunities in the north for the facilities management, refurbishment and maintenance contractor.

Based at Powerminster Gleeson Services’ head office in Sheffield, Ashworth will lead a team of business development executives, providing direction for the business’s northern operation.

Ashworth has more than 20 years’ sales experience, having worked as national sales manager for Baxi for 10 years and most recently as regional business development manager for NG Bailey in Leeds.

Martyn Horton, managing director of Powerminster Gleeson Services, said: “We offer an extensive range of services to both private and social landlords and Nik’s experience in the commercial sector will strengthen our expertise and help us extend our business in this area'.

Powerminster Gleeson has operations in Bradford, Sheffield, Manchester, Cheshire, Leeds and Scarborough.
