Potterton Commercial has expanded its team with the addition of Neville Small as sales director.

Neville has worked in the heating industry for 30 years, spending the last seven with Baxi Commercial firstly as business development manager and then progressing to head of business development.

His aims for the business are to grow the commercial boiler market share profitably, and grow confidence in the Potterton Commercial brand by providing reliable products, backed by first class customer service and after sales technical support.

Andrew Maclagan, managing director at Potterton Commercial comments: “We’re delighted to see Neville move into a new role in the company, where his wealth of expertise will be a real asset. In his new position, we are confident that he will continue to promote Potterton Commercial as the brand you can depend on.”

Neville Small comments: “Having worked with the company for seven years, I’m looking forward to sinking my teeth into my new role and bringing my heating industry experience to the table.

“The industry is changing and we’re seeing more competition from heating product manufacturers and also companies that are diversifying from other industries.

“Our challenge will be to ensure we continue to offer an extensive and dependable product range that fits an ever-changing business environment, particularly with increasing legislation and demand for integrating renewables.”
