Plumb Center becomes Green Deal provider

Plumb Center (through parent company Wolseley UK) has become a Green Deal provider after receiving authorisation from the Green Deal Oversight and Registration Body.
Plumb Center becomes Green Deal provider
This will give installers who register with Plumb Center the opportunity to access Green Deal funding for their customers.

Simon Allan, Plumb Center's renewables director, said: 'I am delighted that we have secured official authorisation to become a Green Deal Provider. This is the final piece in the jigsaw, enabling Plumb Center to offer a comprehensive package of Green Deal products and services for its installer customers - advice, training, accreditation, finance and energy efficiency products.'

Plumb Center believes that heating installers are ideally placed to become both Green Deal installers and Green Deal advisors. It has a dedicated website, www.gogreendeal.co.uk, which provides information for anyone wishing to become accredited for either - or both - roles.
