Piper acquisition leads to relocation

Piper Assessment has announced its acquisition of RAD Training, and has relocated its operations to RAD's former premises in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Piper acquisition leads to relocation
Piper chief executive Steve Wright commented: 'The acquisition of RAD Training and the move to Sittingbourne will allow Piper to continue to serve the existing customers of both businesses, while at the same time extending its current range of products and services.'

Piper Assessment offers a comprehensive range of training and assessment programmes for the gas, oil, plumbing, heating and ventilation and electrical sectors.

Mr Wright also confirmed that all of the Piper staff previously employed at the company's headquarters in Swanley, Kent, had transferred to Sittingbourne.

He went on to explain that Piper's new facility was some three times the size of its previous one, was fully air conditioned, offered ample parking and provided 'a good base for expansion to other geographical locations'.
