Panasonic hits the road with Aquarea heat pump

Panasonic has unveiled its latest sales initiative to raise awareness of its Aquarea heat pump range. The Panasonic Aquarea mobile display trailer is available to Panasonic's accredited distributors and contractors to professionally demonstrate the benefits of installing an Aquarea heat pump into the home.

According to Panasonic, independent tests have shown that Aquarea heat pumps have a COP efficiency of up to 4.74 , 'which makes them more efficient fuel-fired boilers, gas boilers and electric heaters'.

David Knibbs, managing director of MCS approved installer ACS Renewable Solutions, commented: 'To have access to such a professionally produced display trailer has proved extremely useful. We have used the Aquarea trailer at a number of County Shows and Country Pursuit Events and it is a great platform for demonstrating the practicality and benefits of this heat pump system.

'We can also show and explain how Aquarea technology is an ideal replacement for conventional heating systems - providing the same, if not better performance, without having to refit the whole home.'

He added: 'Being able to tour and attend shows, such as country fairs, gives us a unique advantage of being able to take the product to the customer. People are far more willing to listen and consider the technology once they've been able to see it first hand and been able to ask us the questions directly.'

With a mini-system installed and a TV screen showing explanatory videos, the trailer is designed to demonstrate the system's features and benefits. And with specialist heating experts on hand to answer all queries, every event has delivered sales leads.
