Tim Scarlett has been appointed as service director at Nu-way.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in customer facing roles within the electrical and gas industries to Nu-way, the supplier, manufacturer and repairer of oil, gas and dual fuel burners which is celebrating its eightieth year.
He will oversee the management and support of field engineering staff, as well as continuing to improve the service and training departments at Nu-way's headquarters in Droitwich Spa.
