NG Bailey extends contracts with major clients

The Facilities Services division of NG Bailey has renewed contracts with two of its clients with a value estimated in excess of £400,000 per annum.
Contracts have been renewed and extended with London-based office building The Ark and Aviation Training International Ltd (ATIL), a training service for Army personnel. NG Bailey will provide planned preventative and energy-focused maintenance to each site.

Managing director Stuart Linnington said: 'The award of these contracts proves that NG Bailey's offering is still strong despite challenging market conditions. We pride ourselves on our ability to maintain existing contracts and this is a great example of how our exceptional level of service and reliability has combined to ensure that we remain the preferred service partner.'

NG Bailey's Facilities Services division reported a strong start to the year in January, announcing new contracts totalling £22 million.
