New regional director at HVAC equipment supplier

Pipe Centre and Climate Centre have announce the appointment of Nathan Aisthorpe as central regional director. Nathan brings with him a wealth of industry experience and a strong track record of leadership in the builders’ merchant sector, spanning sales, operations, and branch management.

Nathan Aisthorpe has taken on a new role at Pope Centre and Climate Centre

Nathan has spent the majority of his career with Saint-Gobain and Travis Perkins, holding various senior positions including branch manager, regional sales manager, regional director, and sales director. His experience covers everything from traditional bricks-and-mortar operations to specialist plumbing and heating services, making him ideally placed to support the future growth of Pipe Centre and Climate Centre.

In his new role, Nathan is responsible for the sales and operations of up to 20 branches across the central region. His focus is on driving safe, profitable growth while building a high-performance sales culture across the network. With significant inward investment in the branch network already underway, Nathan's leadership comes at an exciting time of transformation.

Nathan said: “What really attracted me to Pipe Centre and Climate Centre was the opportunity to both influence a market, and to have full responsibility of sales and operations.

“There’s a real sense of alignment across the business, and already I’ve had fantastic support. I’m looking forward to building a team and culture that delivers strong, profitable growth in a way that makes our customer base feel proud to shop with us. It’s vitally important to us that they get what they need, exactly when they need it.”

Pete Grierson, managing director, added: “Nathan’s appointment is a key part of our ambition to build a more agile, customer-focused business. His industry expertise and energy are already making an impact, and we’re excited about the leadership he brings as we continue to invest in our people, branches and service offering. This is a pivotal time for our industry, and Nathan will play a critical role in helping us seize the opportunity it presents.”

This appointment is a key part of the company’s wider strategy to modernise its branch network and deliver consistent, customer-focused service. With the sector facing significant regulatory and market change, Nathan’s arrival signals Pipe Centre and Climate Centre’s intent to lead the way through innovation, operational and sales excellence, and an unwavering focus on customer experience.
