New president and vice president for CIPHE

CIPHE (the Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering) has named its new president and vice president.

The Institute held its agm on 21 June at The Oxford Hotel in Oxford, where Kevin McCallister was elected as national president and Terry Stephenson was voted in as vice president.

Mr McCallister has been a member of the Institute for nearly 46 years. He served as a member of the Wolverhampton Branch Committee from 1970 to 2008. He currently represents the Institute on the Construction Industry Diversity Panel and supports the ‘Get Girls Plumbing’ campaign.

Following on from the agm, members participated in an afternoon of technical seminars.
