Griffin, who joins the association from the aerospace industry, brings to the role a wide range of experience as a company secretary, as well as in corporate development, property and supply chain management, pensions, insurance and customer liaison.

A business studies graduate with an MBA in strategy and procurement management, he is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. He also holds a fellowship in aerospace manufacturing management.
