Mansfield Pollard recruits first female apprentice

Air management expert Mansfield Pollard has recently welcomed its first-ever female apprentice.

 

Charlotte Dresser has joined the company on an advanced apprenticeship programme, which will enable her to develop a career as an electrical engineer.

 

Mansfield Pollard works with Appris to deliver Engineering Manufacture apprenticeships, and Building Engineering Services Training (BEST) in Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering and Fabrication & Welding.

 

Charlotte will be joining the company’s other apprentices who are already taking part in one of these schemes.
