Voted for by IBA Buying Group members, Manrose won the ‘Most Improved Supplier’ award, reflecting customers’ positive supply experience through the year and the continuous improvement Manrose strives to implement. The virtual awards took place on Friday 15 January and celebrated the achievements of the IBA’s 100+ preferred suppliers.

“I was delighted to have been able to award Manrose with ‘Most Improved Supplier 2020’. We have a long history with Manrose, with the company having been a supplier to the Group for the past 22 years. The Award is decided by comparing a supplier’s scores from the previous year to the scores this year. The suppliers are then ranked on the basis of that improvement. Manrose score improved by 8%, an excellent improvement,”said Paul Jenner, IBA chief operating officer.
