Magna IM expands team to match growth ambition

Magna IM, a Warwickshire-based heating, plumbing, electrical, refurbishment and general maintenance services company has appointed a new sales and marketing manager.

Magna IM sales and marketing manager Tracy Armstrong

Tracy Armstrong brings more than 20 years’ experience to the role and is tasked with developing the firm’s key messages and ensuring brand consistency across all channels, as the business seeks to implement its ambitious growth strategy.

Ms Armstrong said of her appointment: “I’m excited to be joining such an established business at this stage of its development. It’s great to come across a business that is focussing on life after Coronavirus and still investing in its future growth plans.

“Founded more than 20 years ago, Magna IM has operated as a family business, putting all its energy into delivering a first-class service for its clients.

“Those that already work with Magna IM know what they’re getting and understand the value proposition – a quality service, quality products, highly qualified engineers and peace of mind.

“I’m confident, once we get our messages out, we will be welcoming more landlords, letting agents, housing associations, FM Companies, commercial property owners and homeowners to our client list.

Magna IM commercial director Kevin McMullen said: “Since we acquired Magna IM in 2018, we have already achieved significant organic growth, by increasing our areas of operation to include both commercial and domestic electrical works together with air conditioning. We are now ready for the next important stage of our development and a dedicated Sales & Marketing Manager will help us realise our ambition, increasing both web and social media market awareness.

“Tracy brings not only a wealth of experience to the role, but an enthusiasm and commitment that’s hard to ignore. Central to our strategy is to be proud of the work we deliver and to shout more about it, which is where Tracy’s strengths lie.

“We’ve got a great story to tell and we believe Tracy is just the right individual, at just the right time to help us develop our message”.
