KPMG counts on ABS for £2.75M m&e work

M&E contractor ABS London has scooped a £2.75 million project to install mechanical services in new Birmingham offices for KPMG.
The professional services firm has commissioned work on 118.403 sq ft of office space in Birmingham's financial district. The project work includes the installation of fancoils, ventilation and building management controls and is scheduled to be completed in September 2009.

ABS secured the contract with main contractor Como Group, after working with the company on several projects including the recent completed London-based head quarters for the British fashion house Burberry.

ABS London managing director Tony Smith said: 'This contract win represents an important stage in the development of ABS - with yet another high profile project endorsing our capability to work to the very highest of standards and demonstrating our national presence within the UK'.
