Kershaw wins 2 London residential contracts

Two new luxury residential maintenance contracts have been won by M&E company Kershaw Mechanical Services.
The company was contracted to maintain mechanical systems at two London developments and a series of luxury apartments at Canary Wharf.

It will also be looking after a luxury home in Cumberland Terrace in a contract worth 15,000 a year.

'Kershaw Mechanical Services mostly works commercially but has developed a division which manages installations within larger homes and residential developments,' said managing director Gary Smith.

He added: 'These were both impressive developments to work on. And we are delighted to have been contracted to maintain these systems on an ongoing basis.'

Kershaw Mechanical Services operates a 24 hour maintenance service from its bases in Cambridge and Stourbridge in the West Midlands.
