Following a recent fishing expedition to Cornwall, Ken Strong, md of Cool-Therm, displays his recent haul.

Speaking about his catch, Mr Strong said: 'They can be a challenge to land. My rod was straining and bent over nearly double at one stage.' He added: 'Getting them safely out of the water and into the boat can require balls of steel.'

The specimens pictured were just two of the dozen landed that day.
