JS Wright launches maintenance division

Building services provider JS Wright has created a new maintenance and facilities management division.
The Birmingham-based firm is offering an end to end service for buildings from design and installation to servicing and repairs.

In a switch from reliance on sub-contractors for warranty work or for gas boiler commissioning, JS Wright is now able to rectify faults faster for its customers and shorten response times using its in-house engineering team.

Commercial and residential customers can call on the new division for all maintenance, servicing and repair services.

The new division’s services include:

the installation, servicing and maintenance of commercial gas-fired plant and oil-fired boilers and heating appliances;

gas pipe work testing and commissioning;

heating, ventilation and air conditioning repairs and maintenance;

domestic plumbing.

The firm's new divisional manager Jack Coulter said: “JS Wright can now extend the life of any building plant by not only designing and installing their mechanical services but also providing cover under warranty and ongoing support for both new and existing clients'.

He added “Indeed in many instances customers will find that our highly trained engineers will have fitted the service themselves, know the building well and already have the drawings on file'.

The long-term goal of the new division is to provide a 24-hour 365-day service for general call-outs, preventative maintenance and emergencies.
