JG Speedfit appoints divisional technical director

JG Speedfit has promoted Nigel Sanger to the newly created role of divisional director, Speedfit technical support, a position which reflects his technical expertise and longstanding importance within the company.

In his new position, Mr Sanger will play a greater role in product development and best practice installation, together with overseeing product compatibility of Speedfit’s range of pipes and fittings.

Mr Sanger has served as a critical resource for JG Speedfit since joining the business in 2002, and has maintained close relationships with several large installers. Throughout the last five years, he has become a recognised industry figurehead, explaining the key merits of using plastic pipes and fittings to the plumbing trade.

Mike Riseley, director of sales at JG Speedfit commented: “We decided to promote Nigel on the strength of his problem-solving skills and his unrivalled technical expertise. His knowledge of the Speedfit range and the wider plumbing and heating industry is exemplary and by involving him in the development of our future product ranges, we can continue to be the manufacturer that innovates products to meet industry demands.”
