While the finalists are now public, the decisions are not yet set in stone. A panel of judges, who collectively boast an impressive history of expertise and experience in the HVAC sector, will review each entry to determine the rightful winners in each category.
This year’s judging panel is made up of the following industry figures:

Martyn joined FETA in May 2015 after a 37-year career in the plastics and chemical industries working in various departments including development, sales and marketing as well as a number of commercial roles. In this role Steve served on BSI and ICOM committees. In November 2020 Steve was appointed director of the Industrial & Commercial Heating Equipment Association (ICOM) which is a member organisation working to engage in all aspects of heating related activities.
• Duncan Sibbald, head of certification, BESA

The scheme allows businesses to self-certify their specialist hygiene works to the required industry TR19® Specification and all current industry legislation. Duncan also heads up SKILLcard, the industry-recognised card issuing and personnel registration scheme for people working in the mechanical sector of the building engineering services industry throughout the UK.
