Integral UK has won a new contract with leading real estate specialist DTZ to provide maintenance services at commercial properties in the South West and Wales.
The three-year deal will see Integral UK, one of Britain's independent property maintenance and energy management services, provide full mechanical and electrical maintenance cover for five commercial property locations in Cardiff, Bristol and Clevedon.
'The contract, which started this month, is to provide full planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance services to five commercial properties for DTZ and we are really looking forward to building on this relationship and strengthening our ties with the company,' said Caroline Strudley, Integral UK's business development manager for the South West and South Wales.
'With directly-employed craftsmen in every UK postcode we are ideally-placed to capitalise on the economic recovery and win even more new contracts like the one with DTZ,' said Integral UK's managing director, Bryan Glastonbury.
'We have an ongoing commitment to reducing customers' costs and wastage and this, coupled with our drive to deliver best practice and best value, provides the perfect recipe for our continued business success leading to our market-leading client retention levels,' he added.
