Integral launches technical services division

A new division from Integral UK, a leading supplier of property maintenance, is offering a one-stop shop for fire, security, BMS controls and data cabling.
It will provide a single point of delivery for the specialist services plus full installation.

The company has created the Integral Technical Services (ITS) division offering the Integral fire prevention and protection, security systems, BMS controls and data cabling capabilities, all backed by the company's project management and installation teams.

The ITS division offers clients a single-supplier service which delivers the customer cost savings and avoids them dealing with as much as three separate companies.

'I've seen on many building sites the waste and duplication which takes place when lots of sub-contractors are working away in isolation on their separate projects, seemingly lacking any co-ordination or common purpose,' said Brian Wilson, head of ITS.

'We offer main management contractors, consultants and architects a fully-integrated solution.

'We will, therefore, take full responsibility for our co-ordinated package of works and the inter links between each of the systems.
