The heat pump talks will cover a wide range of heat pump topics that appeal to contractors, consultants and installers.

Tony Bowen, the president of the Heat Pump Association, will introduce the heat pump seminars which will cover heat pump types, how heat pumps work, CO2 emissions, grants, regulations and training.

Mike Nankivell, business and development and marketing manager for Space Air Conditioning will lend his voice to discuss heat pumps.

Nic Wincott, a ground collector engineer, will speak during the seminar. The fourth speaker Andy Neave, is the technical manager for Calorex heatpumps.

Other seminars at Manchester HEVAR include Mike Nankivell's talk on air conditioning inspections which takes place on Thursday, January 29 at 12.45.

On January 29, Kelvin Kelly, training manager at Business Edge, will give a talk on F-Gas regulations.

LG air conditioning's general manager Graham Hendra (aka heatingandventilating.net's regular blogger) will also speak at HEVAR on January 28, on 'How to minimise the efficiency of you VRF system through design and installation'.
