Ideal’s Installer Connect scheme hits the spot

Ideal Boilers has given its popular loyalty scheme, Installer Connect, an extra boost.

Ideal Boilers has given its popular loyalty scheme, Installer Connect, an extra boost.

Installers who register a boiler from now until the end of June will be automatically entered into a draw to win 100 spot prizes including air fresheners, travel mugs, work wear and Love2shop vouchers.

Installer Connect rewards installers with points when they buy and install an Ideal boiler, and register the boiler on the online portal. Points can be redeemed on a range of tools to help their business grow including dual branded workwear, training courses and the Marketing Toolbox, where installers can order leaflets, door-drop flyers, business cards and other marketing material which can be personalised with their logo. Points can also be redeemed for other rewards such as high street vouchers.

In addition to its web-based portal, Installer Connect is also available as a smart-phone app, designed to make using all the features, including registering boilers, even easier. Those features include free Gas Safe notification and easy warranty registration by scanning the barcode found on the boiler; registering an Ideal System Filter; fault finding assistance and the ability to check the Installer Connect points balance.

Head of marketing at Ideal Boilers, Carrie Young, said, “Providing first rate customer service is absolutely central to our company ethos and rewarding our customers for their loyalty is one of the many ways we deliver this. We want to make life as simple as possible for our customers and also to help them develop their business and prosper.  Installer Connect and the app are designed to do just this, ensuring installers have the tools needed to do the job.”

Ideal’s Installer Connect app is available via the Apple and Android app stores.
