Ideal recruitment drive puts customer first

Industry-leading customer service is at the heart of a recruitment drive that will see Ideal Boilers employ more than 40 additional service engineers across the UK.

The engineers will ensure Ideal continues to have a support platform that provides a consistent level of service delivery to all its customers, in a move which follows a £3m investment to make sure the company’s growth plan centres around delivering first-class customer service to both installers and homeowners.

Adam Foy, Ideal’s Domestic Products managing director, said: “Ideal Boilers is a great company to work for, which is why so many of our staff have been with us for many years. We intend to provide the industry’s best customer service and the recruitment of experienced service engineers nationally is just one of the steps we are taking to make this a reality.”
