Ideal brings mobile unit to installers

Hull manufacturer, Ideal Boilers, is urging installers to prepare for a busy heating season by taking time to update their knowledge and skills.

The company boasts two dedicated ‘Training Centres of Excellence’, serving installers in the South East at their Reading centre and those in the North in Leeds. There are also satellite centres in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. However, for those installers who are unable to get to these centres, Ideal also has a mobile unit which it can take to customers’ premises, free of charge.

Alan Jones, Ideal’s national sales director is keen to encourage installers to take advantage of the training options on offer, “Our free training sessions offer installers an opportunity to gain valuable updated technical training

“The mobile training centre of excellence is ideal for larger groups where there are four or five installers needing to update their knowledge or training. Installers can get hands-on with three working and three ‘dry’ boilers and also enjoy a great workshop atmosphere, where they can talk to their peers, problem-solving and sharing knowledge.”
