Hoval teams up with local engineering students

Hoval has marked the upgrading and enhancement of its Training Centre at the Centre of Renewable Energy (CORE) in Nottinghamshire with an 'open day' for students from Nottingham University Faculty of Engineering.
Hoval teams up with local engineering students
Twelve students visited the facility for a presentation and discussion with Hoval's renewables experts, followed by some hands-on examination of the fully functional heat pumps, solar thermal systems, biomass boilers, photovoltaic system and wind turbine installed at the Centre.
Hoval has a long-established link with the Faculty of Engineering at Nottingham University, which includes a graduate recruitment training programme as well as access to Hoval's training facilities.
The Hoval Training Centre is also open to specifiers and installers of low carbon technologies, as well as for end users. It offers a range of training courses that combine hands-on and classroom training. Training modules include full commissioning, servicing, fault finding and systems training.
