Richard Brown has joined the Hoare Lea Partnership.
Mr Brown joined Hoare Lea in 2000 as a graduate engineer, with a degree in Building Environment Engineering from the University of Nottingham. With more than 12 years of experience in environmental engineering building design, he has considerable expertise in the residential, education and commercial office sectors.
Richard is a member of the London network of Partners with responsibility to develop client relationships in this market. Recent and current projects include: NEO Bankside with architect Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, winner of numerous awards including the Evening Standard Grand Prix award and RESI Development of the Year 2012; the BREEAM Excellent Severn Trent headquarters building in Coventry, winner of the RICS West Midlands Sustainability Award and the BCO Awards 'Best Corporate Workplace' category for the Midlands and East Anglia Region; and 257 City Road, a 30-storey residential tower in Islington, London.
