Mike Nankivell, marketing and business development director of Space Airconditioning, has been named new president of the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Association (HEVAC).
He replaces Geoff Lockwood and will hold the position for two years.
Graham Wright of Daikin Air Conditioning UK becomes the new vice-president.
Meanwhile, John Austin-Davies has been appointed president of the British Refrigeration Association (BRA).
John is commercial director of George Barker & Co (part of the EPTA Group) and takes over from Bob Arthur. He will also hold the position for two years.
Mike Lawrence of JTL Systems has been named vice-president.
Both HEVAC and the BRA are part of the wider Federation of Environmental Trade Associations (FETA) and John AustIn-Davies has also been appointed chairman of the FETA board for a year.
