Hargreaves Ductwork becomes MW Hargreaves

Ventilation solutions provider Hargreaves Ductwork has changed its name to MW Hargreaves as of December 1 2017.

Andy Sneyd, managing director at MW Hargreaves.

The alteration comes as newly appointed managing director Andy Sneyd joins the business, with the aim of reinforcing the company’s focus on engineering excellence.

Mr Sneyd said: “Hargreaves has always been a name closely associated with high quality engineering, particularly in the manufacture of high integrity ductwork systems.

“We want to keep our strong market position and 140-year heritage. This name change allows us to do so, while looking towards the future and all the opportunity for innovation and growth it will bring.”

MW Hargreaves recently completed works at the Chernobyl New Safe Confinement and is currently working across the nuclear, defence, energy, underground transportation, life science, chemical and advanced technology sectors at sites across the UK.
