Hamworthy Heating launches new website

Commercial heating and hot water specialist Hamworthy Heating has launched a new website giving improved access to technical product information.

Commercial heating and hot water specialist Hamworthy Heating has launched a new website giving  improved access to technical product information.

Julie Shaw, marketing manager at Hamworthy Heating, commented: “We gained feedback from our customers and staff throughout the redesign to ensure that the right information is presented in the right way. Customers have already told us how useful this resource is and how much easier it is to find the information they need to specify our boilers and water heaters.”

The new site provides more on page content to allow customers to get technical data on a product without having to download a pdf. There is also a knowledge section with information on best practice, legislation, energy efficiency and Hamworthy’s range of CIBSE accredited CPD seminars.

Julie Shaw went on to say, “Feedback showed us that product information, technical documents and, service and spares information were the top three things customers visited our website for. With this in mind we made these areas directly accessible from the homepage.

“In the first month of launching we saw a 35% uplift in visitors from the same month last year. There is also a huge library of technical information for customers to download including BIM objects, CAD files, installation manuals and technical data for our commercial heating and hot water products.”

You can visit Hamworthy Heating’s new site at the same address www.hamworthy-heating.com
