Greenworks invites installers to test their RHI knowledge

Greenworks has invited installers to test and improve their knowledge of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) via a quiz on its website.

The quiz focuses on all the essential facts of the RHI, such as eligibility, the application process and technical knowledge, providing a concise guide to the Renewable Heat Incentive.

The popularity of the RHI provides business opportunities for installers, who must ensure that their knowledge of the scheme is up-to-date, in order to provide accurate and trustworthy information to customers.

Marcus Jefford of Greenworks said: “There is so much information out there about the RHI, that it can become overwhelming. The Greenworks RHI quiz is an easy way for installers to test their knowledge, without being swamped by information overload.”

He continued: “Installers must be able to relay information to homeowners in a clear, succinct manner in order to demystify the scheme. There has been increased interest in the RHI scheme over the past few months, and if this trend continues, installers can use their knowledge to encourage homeowners to contribute to the UK’s renewable future.”

The quiz will also be a starting point for those wishing to improve their knowledge on the RHI. Greenworks offers support to its customers with MCS accreditation and provides introductory overviews and training for those looking to qualify.

“Regardless of experience, installers can learn from the quiz. Whether it’s swotting up on the basics of RHI, or learning how to communicate the basics to homeowners, installers will be able to better provide for their customers,” added Mr Jefford.

The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) quiz is available on the Greenworks website: http://toolbox.greenworks.co.uk/training/
