Flakt Woods buys Semco

The Flakt Woods group has bought US-based ventilation and air treatment supplier Semco Inc.
Semco is a leading supplier of round and oval duct systems and employs 400 people in the US.

'Being a member of the Fläkt Woods Group will strengthen our position in our served markets and beyond', said Semco's president William Thurman.
